1 Introduction

3 Account Eligibility
To register and maintain an Account on the iSpin88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other non-individual entity) registering the Account for your own personal use only.
- You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by law.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee or contractor of iSpin88 or its affiliated entities.
- You must not previously have been excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed by iSpin88 for violations of these Terms or any other reason at iSpin88's sole discretion.
- You must have full legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and at all subsequent points when updating your Account details.
Underage Gambling: iSpin88 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling extremely seriously. Any Account found to have been registered by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned to the verified owner, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. iSpin88 employs age verification tools at registration and during KYC review.
iSpin88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account.
4 Account Registration & Security
Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the iSpin88 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
You are required to provide accurate and complete information when creating your Account, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. iSpin88 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your Account credentials with any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Account. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account, you must notify iSpin88 immediately. iSpin88 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions.
iSpin88 provides two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional but strongly recommended security measure for all Accounts. Players are encouraged to enable 2FA from their Account security settings. All Account activity is monitored for suspicious behaviour, and iSpin88 may temporarily suspend an Account pending verification if unusual activity is detected.
5 Identity Verification (KYC)
iSpin88 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulatory obligations. All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
As part of the KYC process, you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:
- Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian MyKad (National Identity Card), passport, or driver's licence showing your full name and date of birth.
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Syabas, Indah Water), bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the last three (3) months showing your name and residential address.
- Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document.
- Proof of Payment Method: In certain circumstances, evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account or bank statement).

6 Deposits & Withdrawals
iSpin88 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). Cryptocurrency deposits in Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT) are also accepted. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. iSpin88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
- You must withdraw to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit to your Account (matching payment method policy).
- Any active Bonus Funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before the associated real-money balance becomes withdrawable.

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. iSpin88 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant Account balances, as disclosed in the Account settings. Players are notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied. Dormant accounts may be reactivated at any time upon request to customer support.
7 Bonuses & Promotions
iSpin88 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral bonuses, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are stated clearly in the promotion's terms. Players are advised to review these requirements before opting into any promotion.
iSpin88 takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing offsetting or low-risk bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent; colluding with other players in connection with a promotion; and any systematic exploitation of promotional terms. iSpin88 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
iSpin88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, except where the promotion is already active and a player has already commenced satisfying the applicable wagering requirements. Changes will not retroactively affect completed promotion transactions.
8 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the iSpin88 Platform — including slot games, live casino titles, sports betting markets, lottery products, and arcade games — are governed by their respective game-specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rule explicitly states otherwise.
All casino games on the Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. iSpin88 does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes in favour of the Platform or against individual players. Sports betting odds are determined by our sportsbook and are subject to change prior to the settlement of a bet. Bets placed at confirmed odds will be settled at those odds, subject to any rules regarding voided markets, postponed events, or results errors. iSpin88 reserves the right to void bets placed as a result of a technical error that produced materially incorrect odds.
Mix Parlay Bets: Mix Parlay bets combining multiple selections are popular among Malaysian football bettors. 9 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the iSpin88 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the Platform or its games.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or backend systems of the Platform.
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any financial activity designed to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity through the Platform.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage of the Account lifecycle.
- Using payment methods belonging to third parties not authorised by iSpin88, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
- Colluding with other players, iSpin88 employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination
iSpin88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where:
- There is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
- The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
- The Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age;
- Required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe;
- A chargeback has been initiated against a deposit transaction; or
- iSpin88 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority.
Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than fraud or breach, iSpin88 will return any verified real-money balance (net of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) to the Account holder via the payment method on record, subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon termination.
You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. You may also exercise your right to self-exclude through the Platform's responsible gambling tools as an alternative to full Account closure.
12 Intellectual Property
All content on the iSpin88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game software, user interface design, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of iSpin88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of iSpin88.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to download, scrape, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
13 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iSpin88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
iSpin88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account during the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
iSpin88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error. We undertake to maintain Platform uptime as high as reasonably practicable but provide no guarantee of uninterrupted service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect Platform availability.
iSpin88 is not responsible for any telecommunications, internet connectivity, or hardware failures that affect your ability to access the Platform or result in the interruption of a game session.
14 Amendments to Terms
iSpin88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users via email to the address on record and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days unless the change is required urgently to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirement.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting customer support before the effective date of the changes.
We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.
15 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which iSpin88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through mutual agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration or, where applicable, to the courts of competent jurisdiction as specified in iSpin88's operating licence terms.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Malaysia or any other applicable jurisdiction.
